Cape Town - the main attractions

Cable car up Table Mountain for sunset, and catch fairytale night time city views on the way down!
Hike 1,5hr to the top of Lion’s Head for panoramic city and ocean views – busy on full moon nights.
For hiking around Table Mountain, get a professional guide - be amazed by nature - and stay safe
Or simply drive to the end of Signal Hill for panoramic views. Maybe tandem paraglide down...
Do a circular day trip from city to Muizenberg, the Penguins at Boulders Beach and Cape Point
then return to the city via Chapman’s Peak Drive, Hout Bay, Llandudno and Camps Bay.
Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens – great summer sunset concerts - book tickets & take a picnic.
Some sandy coves around but the best city beaches are Camps Bay and the four Clifton beaches
Coffee lovers find their fix at funky coffee shops - and do sweet things at the divine Charly's Bakery
Waterfront for pleasure trips, cafe-bars, markets, live music, aquarium & some overrrated restaurants
A must-see is the jaw-dropping scale of the brand new Zeits Museum of Contemporary Art Africa
Easy to get around Cape Town by taxi, MyCiti bus (buy a card) or the ever popular hop on hop off bus
Cape Town restaurants to book in ADVANCE are The Test Kitchen dinner and La Colombe lunch.
And... if going to Franschhoek, PRE-BOOK dinner at La Petite Colombe and lunch at Babel.
