  fly 2hour Cape Town to Johannesburg (from www.flysaa.com or www.kulula.com)

  then connect 1hour Federal Air flight from Johannesburg to Kruger Park

                   and meet/greet for short transfer to safari lodge

  hire a car and drive 4-5hours from Johannesburg to Nelspruit or Graskop
