compare rates for the following possible routes between Cape Town and Sabi Sand

quickest way to travel from cape town to sabi sand reserve (within kruger park)
fly 2hours from Cape Town to Johannesburg (saa or bargain airlines kulula, 1time, mango)
then connect 1hour Federal Air flight from Johannesburg to Kruger Park
meet and greet for a short complimentary transfer to safari lodge
and let the 3 to 4 night big game safari begin
self drive from johannesburg to kruger park
one could also rent a car for the 5-6hour drive from Johannesburg to Kruger Park
spend 2nights at a lodge outside Kruger Park and explore Blyde River Canyon
from here it is approx a 2hour drive into Sabi Sand and... let the safari begin
